I’m bought a few Eufy cameras, replacing my Arlo cameras.
I have one big issue though, how can I turn of notifications for Sound ONLY.
I want my cameras to record with sound and video, but I ONLY want push notifications on my phone for Video, NOT sound.
At night, when loud cars pass by, I keep getting sound notifications.
With my Arlo cameras I could turn off Sound notifications.
Please help!

You may not have the same options but the path should be the same…
Go into your cameras settings then tap on Notifications.

I had my notifications setup exactly the same.
I think it wasn’t sound notifications I was getting, but instead when a car passed by night time. The car light would shine towards the camera and I would get faults notifications.
Does Eufy have car notifications? then I’ll turn off ‘All other motion’ which is causing the fault alarms.
All I require is Human and Car notifications.
Wired outdoor is stuck with human and pets until they get it to work with the HB3. I am forced to human only on all 3 of my wired outdoor cams. Setting to all motion is a nightmare… and if I select even the pets then I get my alarm going off at night for every woodland creature that wanders near my camera.
How did I fix it for myself…. I bought a second camera for vehicles and pets. 3 locations at my house have more than 1 camera just to do an ok job. Eufy really needs to get it together. Even the new hb3 can’t alarm for human only and still record and notify for vehicles. It’s all or nothing.
Absolutely, completely agree. I had to keep my Arlo camera at the gate just for notifications, Arlo has vehicle tracking.
Eufy goes on about AI, yet something so simple as tracking a vehicle notification can’t be done
