I installed the S3 Pro system around a month ago. I have continually trained the system to recognise me and my wife, but every time we are within range of one of the cameras, it prompts an alert: “someone has been spotted…”
I bought the system because of the much-acclaimed AI capabilities. Can this be corrected or have I wasted my money?
