As of a week or so ago, my Eufy security system (video doorbell, solocams, homebase S340) has started to add an unknown/unrecognised face to all video capture clips from my cameras and doorbell going right back as far as I’ve had the system. This person does not appear in any of the clips but somehow is identified alongside recognised faces (family members, etc). Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I can’t see a way of telling the system to remove this image. Does any one know?

that is a little strange? Sometime it must have picked up there face but strange it keeps adding it to event clips. It’s probably another app glitch. Maybe clearing your cache will stop it from happening. But to remove there face go to your home base settings then tap on face management there you will see a list of “familiar “ & “unfamiliar “ faces tap on unfamiliar + symbol then tap on there face and then you will get the option to delete, tap on delete and then confirm.

Yup, definitely a ghost. Delete it as quickly as possible.
