Hi
I have recently installed Eufy S340 at main gate, as per installation guidelines, I installed on advised height, after successfully working for 3 months, suddenly pan & tilt stopped working, I tried to calibrate but failed. Now since 2 weeks I have to manually remove and install so I can see pan & tilt working for few minutes and then cam became stuck again. I tried restarting camera & home base, uninstalled camera and reinstalled options several times, but it didn’t work.
Kindly can someone advise correct way to fix this issue.

Just out of curiosity what is the weather Ike in your area? I tend to have mine freeze up on occasions when the temps drop well below 32F o 0c

Weather is normal after winter. Min 50 F - max 75 F

If you continue to have problems I would contact eufy support.

I did but not convincing support from them. They referred me to the local vendor from where I have purchased.

Had mine for 2 days and it has been stuck as well. It thinks its position is off my 180 degrees. I regret my curiosity to see what “calibrate pan and tilt” meant. I should be renamed to “uncalibrated pan and tilt”.

I had this problem with my first S340 for my front porch./ I purchased it in December 2024. By early Jan 25 due to the minus 2 degrees (North West
) . The pan and tilt rotation ring froze. I managed to defrost it on three occasions. Yet still had a rotation problem when the temperature raised.
I contacted Customer Service via email. They provided me with a new S340.

Try cleaning the rotation ring by gently blowing air through it to clear any debris
