Eufy Security App - New Video Number

I’m the owner of our accounts and share with the wife who has her own account. In the devices view above each camera device I have three icon (snooze, new vid number and the gear). On my wife’s phone she does not get the new vid icon. I get it on my tablet also. Is there a reason for this.?

Check her account’s “level” in your app under Family and Guests > Permissions. I have all icons on my account, but purposely have the others in the household set to guest level so that they can’t play around and turn off cameras and such because I know they would forget to set them back to active. Instead, they can view, but not snooze, etc. It may be that?

Double checked, but I remember her saying make me Admin too :grin: so I did. She has the snooze and gear just not the new vid number.

Same issue showing here too. No visible new video notifications on a shared HomeBase that I’m not the owner.

Please noted that the guest account will be divided into Guest and Admin account.
