Once again my Eufy Security doorbell is no longer announcing on my Echo devices when the doorbell is pushed. So essentially I’ve now got a doorbell that doesn’t really do anything.
It’s done this before (a few times) and then after a few days/weeks it starts working again but this time it’s stubbornly not doing anything.
I’ve tried the usual steps, remove/re-add the skill, reboot the doorbell & Homebase, etc. Nothing is making any difference.
The skill is still working - ie. I can ask Alexa to show me the front door and it does do it (sometimes it’s a little slow); but absolutely zero notifications from it.
It’s a brilliant little camera (the dual-view one) but is now completely and utterly useless as we don’t know it’s ringing unless we have our phone next to us. The Alexa integration has been really awful since launch but has now given up completely.
Any ideas?
