I have 21 smart UK plugs. The plugs all worked fine however a recent app update has meant that all the plugs now show as offline.
Ive tried resetting and adding the plug again, deleting and adding the app, trying a different network and device but the plug is always offline.
In the eufy clean app alll my plugs are offline, but my router shows them online and i can continue to control the plus on Alexa. The issue is definitely the app as Eufys reply is obsolete plugs that dont work with the recent updated app.
Same issue. I’ve used Eufy bulbs and smart plugs for years. Definitely something strange with latest app version. I’ve spent hours trying every possible trick I’ve known to be successful from past Eufy experience. I have lights in the app that show online and work, and then the app shows offline with MAC address connection router same, and message ‘no internet connection’. Given up for now. Thinking of replacing with alternate brand.
