Hi,
Since the most recent app update on iOS all my EUFYCAMS are in offline mode in the Mobile App. Soft and hard resetting does not work, Wi-Fi is not the issue as they have run for multiple months with no problems at al, the fun fact is that the cams are in Offline mode in EUFYSECURITY app but are still alive and running when viewing them in the Home (iOS) app.
Removing / clearing app data does not work, also when using the app on different device same unexpected result.
Any ideas?
