Hi, one of my EUFYCAM C2 has been charged but it constantly stating that it is offline on the app. I have removed the device but do not know how to re-add it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

if you already deleted from the app you can re install it like a new device. Tap the + symbol and the app will walk you through the process

Just the normal way as if it were out of the box. You might need to take it down to scan the qr code and press the connect button
