Hi everyone we have the e330 professional cameras and 2 of them have went offline. We can’t get them to power back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Have you unplug them and plugged back in a minute later? Restarted home base through the app? Usually works for me . I have some of my 9 E330’plugged into smart plugs so I can reboot them from a smart app I bought enbrighten smart plug mini from lowes use them for Christmas lights to
Hi, I’m very curious to know how you would use your 9 cameras with a smart plug for Christmas lights.
I have each camera plugged into separate smart plugs. That way I can turn power off to a camera if it needs to be power cycled to reset it with out having to get up on a ladder.they’re controlled by a separate brand app. (Eufy life stopped making there smart plugs) Of course my cameras are the E330 pro powered camera. I just mentioned that I use the same style plug to turn on and off Christmas lights but nothing to do with the camera. My power cords for the cameras go through the wall and plug inside the house
In what kind of situation do you need to reset the cameras?
Someone asked in the community what to do when the E330 says off line I suggested to reset it that way or try restarting home base. I have had to do that in the past several times when they went off line and Eufy customer service suggested to power cycle it. I also have a garage door control camera and have had to do a reset a lot the smart plug keeps me off bc a tall ladder.
