I have the app

I have the app and my partner has the app, my partner is the main account holder and he shares the devices with me on my phone/app. on my app the 2 cameras say, camera has been turned off and on my partners phone they are there online and viewable. we have tried everything aka rebooting all cameras, devices, and Internet. uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache. unsharing and resharing the cameras. nothing works anyone else have this? or know a fix? tried to upload the problem to eufy for troubleshooting and it gets to 95%uploaded and then just stops …

Yeah… I’ve been going around everywhere looking at similar threads with this issue… Eufy updated the app a couple times recently this year, and this seems like because of the new update people are struggling to connect their devices and what not. Going directly to the official Eufy app they state that the app is going to be completely overhauled…

Have you rebooted the homebase and removed the cameras and then add them again as new devices? All your clips will still be linked. Had this issue with one camera nothing worked until I removed it then added it again. Now, I just had one and only showing turned off a few nights ago and I didn’t feel like going out and climbing up to take it down to bring in and go through the whole process again. I just rebooted my homebase and there it was fine as day.
