Eufy Solocam Malfunctioning

I had 2 Eufy Solocam S340s running for about 270 days now. Yesterday I noticed one of the cameras didn’t capture any footage of my daughter and I playing directly in its field of view. It actually hasn’t captured any events for the day. Today I went in to check and the camera also failed to capture anything. On top of this the battery was below 40%, when it had never previously gone below 80%. When I try to connect to the camera I have connection issues ranging from "camera unavailable, “failed to connect to home base”, and “phone not connected to internet”. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

It seems odd. Has the temperature rapidly dropped recently? I would suggest take it down and recharge it to 100% and put it back. Make sure you also do a restart of the camera. Check also the solar cable is reconnected.

Yeah charge it full with usb-c and check daily
