i cannot view l

i cannot view life my camera Solocam S340 when connecting with the telephone away from home. Only very occasionally manages to establish a secure connection with the camera

However it works fine at home under wifi coverage

does anyone know how to fix this problem?

That’s probably you telephone connection…

I mean I’m not trying to defend eufy, bit I’m an over the road truck driver and very rarely do I ever have any problems checking on thi gs at home…
But there have been times I can’t get connection phone or internet… Same if your in a structure like a building or what have you store or somthing…

Your home network needs to be configured so it allows incoming connections from “outside”. When somewhere else, you are talking over the public Internet, trying to “phone home” to your home network and talk to the ccamera. Home networks are often configured by default to disallow this and only allow outgoing connections from “inside” the network.
