Any one else had their support ticket just deleted no response? a week ago today I submitted an enquiry about correctly identified people are still giving me notifications even though ignore feature is on for those people,
I wrote about how I have walked up and as soon as the notification has gone to my phone I check it and its identified me but still sent it, I asked about why this is happening.
Also asked why is there a no way to schedule times where you don’t get notifications but still record and/or set some camera to never notify you but only record
I have the email confirmation from eufy with the ticket number, but when I log in it says there are no tickets and the AI bot says its unable to find my ticket number.
Have they just resorted to deleting hard questions?
System consists of hamebase 3 s330 cameras and wired e340 doorbell.
