Customer Support Needed

I’ve tried calling and emailing a dozen times to get some Eufy product support over the last few months with no response. Unfortunately my warranty has since run out. I’m having trouble with a s350 camera. It just all of suddenly just stopped working short of a year in service. This camera has been mounted upside down outside of anyone’s reach on 10ft ceilings so it hadn’t been bumped or played with.

Has anyone else encountered this problem. If so what was the fix?

I’m just now finding out about this community. In hopes someone can help :crossed_fingers:

I don’t have that camera so can’t comment on it but anytime i have camera issues I either restart the homebase, restart or power cycle the camera or remove it from the app and reinstall it as a new device. Not sure if it will work for you not sure what is wrong with yours. Anytime I’ve called or emailed they have always answered. When I’ve called and on hold for awhile a prompt will come on and offers to call back option and they always have. Email usually takes a day for them to respond because of different time zone.

Yes I have had this problem you cannot get a hold of anybody nobody calls there’s no phone number there’s nobody to talk to I think it’s all a bunch of crap

Phone number and a live chat option are on the app under side bar ( top left of home page )> support then scroll down the bottom

Thank You for the input. I tried the chat function and waited over an hour without changing the phone to anything else (didn’t let screen go black) and got no response still unfortunately. This was during my initial outreach. I’m going to try them all again now that it’s been some time. Hopeful for a quick and helpful response.
