Eufy Wifi Doorbell Chime not ringing

Hi, I have eufy Doorbell 2k wired (T8200) and installed a chime with the antennas (Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime). The chime is added to the app and everything is updated but the chime is not ringin if I press the doorbell. the other two chimes (T8740) are working.
