Eufycam 2c pro does not beep to connect to the home base

Hello Eufy users,

I moved to an other place and I had connections problems to the new internet. I reseted the Home Base, after it I installed the first Eufycam 2 Pro but I Connor install the second one.

The camera does not beep after 2 seconds, not even after 10 seconds or 10 minutes… I tried to reset the camera pushing 5 times the sync button and nothing.

Do you have any idea?

Hi, I’ve had this problem before, if you do a reset of the second camera and then charge it up over night it should connect okay the following day.
