Latest firmware update created an issue to view the cameras. Every time I want to view the cameras I am now having to unlock the fingerprint option. To access my phone to get to any apps I already use this function. This was not issue prior to JAN 28, 2021 update.

Sounds like a problem with the app rather than the firmware. Reinstall the app and select to not use the fingerprint when opening the app. This would resolve the issue.

Had exactly the same problem, did what you did turned off fingerprint back to normal now
Why is it necessary to have fingerprint login to the app everytime? The phone already locks when necessary. It wastes valuable time. If you age not going to remove it, can you add the ability to disable it
You mean the Eufy app? I don’t have this when I open it up so you must be able to disable it?
I am having same problem having to log in with fingerprint every time. This has only started to happen a couple of days ago.
