What is going on?
Suddenly all my devices have disappeared from the app and there is zero history!!!
This is since Eufy introduced the fingerprint security.
Please help.
Yeah, I have the same issue.
Edit: OK the solution was easy, just delete everything from the app in your android settings (cache, data etc.) then restart and login.
Same here, everything deleted WTF
I set up everything all over all over again then 1 hour after that, the app ask for my fingerprint to open itself ans everything is deleted again
