Eufycam pro 2c - Camera is offline

Hi, i have had a eufy doorbell for the last year and decided over the Christmas period to add 2 cameras. So far the experience with the cameras has not been great. I originally got one 2c pro and one 2 Pro(365days) but had to send back the 2 pro as it was faulty. I replaced it with a 2c pro. I have one at the back of the house and one at the front, the one at the front keeps dropping offline. The one at the back of the house is farthest away and has more walls to pass signal through, but this one is always fine. I have swapped the cameras around and still whichever one is at the front drops offline. I can’t figure out why… it is close to the hub (which is hardwired on ethernet) and has great WiFi signal from tests I’ve done on my phone. (I receive my max expected WiFi speed in the area of the camera) I am considering getting a mesh WiFi system so I can put a pod even closer to the problem camera, but am I wasting my money? What could be causing the issue?

It usually seems to be during in the night it goes offline and sometimes takes numerous attempts to get it back online. Sunday, it took me most of my morning trying to get it back online. :exploding_head:

This one is baffling.

I have a problem in my house when connecting just my iPhone to WiFi in bed which is directly over the router. If I move further away the signal comes back.

No idea what could it could be, I’m looking at getting the Google mesh network so hopefully this will improve my network signal.
