Even though I’ve taken it out of practice mode, I do not get any responses from the monitoring service.
I recently added the protection plus to my eufy home base and cameras. I’ve taken it out of practice or test mode but the alarm will go off, but I never get any response from noonlight.
I had the basic wyze homebase and sensors and they also use noonlight and that worked perfectly. As intended, so I’m not new to this kind of set up, but for whatever reason it won’t work through eufy.
Any help would be appreciated because there seems to be no customer service that can help

Try checking that the Wyze Sense Hub is online, update firmware, and if needed reset/re-add the hub or use Test Mode for practice. If the alarm still never responds, it’s likely a hub/service issue and Wyze support needs to fix it
