We have an e340 video doorbell. It seems to be recording events fine. I get notifications and I could view those notifications by clicking on it. But when I go in the app and click on the events, occasionally the event that I just watched by clicking on the notification does not appear in the event list. I’ve tried refreshing the list and it does not appear. It’s not until another event happens and then they seem to all show up both the new one and the one that was missing. The unit is running on battery and has plenty of charge left. Has anyone else had this happen to them and is it fixable?
Try removing the doorbell from the app and reinstalling it again. I was having issues as well and that fixed it after the firmware update.
