Event notifications are adding up on my Home Screen and I can’t reset it. It’s the red dot on the on the Eufy app symbol, any suggestions on how to reset this. Thanks

It should clear after you open the app or view the events mine always clears. I’m using iPhone. If that doesn’t work you can turn the red dot in your phone settings. Under each app, notification turn off the “ badge “ slider at least that’s with iPhone I would assume other brands have a similar option
Might be logs or other things! Could be an offer. I would explore the app to see if you can find “red” dots in it. Especially from the top left and top right. And see if you can click them and clear them/read the message!
I think ton 6540 is referring to the red dot with notifications count on the phone home page app icon not the red dot within the opened app itself which is what you’re referring too I believe.

Yes, you are correct, it always reset before. Turned off phone, logged out of the app, cleared storage. I guess I could remove devices and add them again.

I don’t know if deleting devices will work if you’re talking about the cameras but sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it fixes alot of issues. You won’t lose all your info in the app you will just have to log back in with your password I’ve done it before with out issue
