Every time I travel and I’m in a different time zone, my videos are not shown in the app properly or are missing.

I.e.: if I go to Europe once it is already after midnight (still before midnight in the US), the videos recorded are not shown in the app.

I get the notifications and all but they are not shown in the app.

I’ve heard of this issue before. It’s a glitch in the app, I would have thought eufy had gotten to correct this yet.

I read is that if you change your phones time zone to the time zone the cameras are located at then you are able to view the recordings.

If not this, could it be due to the WiFi/network being used?

I wouldn’t think the Wi-Fi network that you use would cause this.
It may just be a security thing??
As when you set up the eufy app it asks you for your region you’re located in and also set a time zone, so this could be some kind of deterrent to stop overseas hacking.

It’s a bug. The phone and camera are in different timezones. Some of the cameras get it correct and some don’t. I get misaligned times across my 10 cameras. Solution for Eufy is to store all times as UTC

It is definitely not the WiFi/network connectivity, o have tried multiple WiFi’s and nothing.

I wasn’t aware that there was bug, I’m wondering if they will allocate resource to work on it, I have had this issue for the last year or so.

Also tried changing my phone’s time zone but it did not resolve it.
