everything set up and working but once I leave the property I’m no longer able to see the live view? I have purchased the cloud storage also. any advice much appreciated #gettingstarted

It just keeps saying homebase is offline when I leave the house. It is definitely set up through the wifi and not phone data
I have the opposite problem. And still not sure what the issue is.
