Does anybody else get Eufy live view endlessly loading, and then say unable to play video, but then still record to Homebase?

Yes, I’ve faced the same thing — the live view just keeps spinning, then says “unable to play video,” but the Homebase still records the event.

Sometimes I notice it happens when I’m streaming while multitasking (like checking a menu item online or planning a meal delivery). Try restarting your Homebase and make sure both the app and firmware are updated. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data also helps.

It’s a strange issue, but you’re not alone. Hopefully, a fix is on the way!

Yes every once and awhile. I just restart or power cycle the home base and it works fine. Not sure why it does this but it’s frustrating I know.
