How do I view video footage on homebase

I have the eufycam 2c with homebase how do I view video from camera it’s saying I have alerts in memory but I can’t view them, they are stored on the base, I can only view live feed?

Go to the App and select the Events tab at the bottom of the screen. You can look at events by day for each device and filter them by device.

Nothing happens when I press events button. It shows event but I cannot view.???

You mean the events are listed as so…

and when you tap on one of them it doesn’t play? Or is it a blank screen?

Also try opening up Live View and look for the words Playback and tap on that.
