I have just purchased 4 new eufy cameras and base station. I can see all of them live but I can’t figure out where to view the recordings. There is no events availiable. I have setting set to High on motion detection. When I go to base station I can see the storage GB increasing but I can’t find where the recordings are.
“IF” something recorded it will be in the events tab. You can see other days recordings by a tap on the date at the top of that screen…
I don’t understand then because we have hundreds people walking past each camera every day and there is nothing in events at all. I dont have cloud storage.
Are you getting notifications and able to view them? If the notification video plays, the video file should be available in events.
