hi there, I just got home from a short holiday and went to review my camera video footage. I can look at all live cameras but when trying to look at saved footage it says failed to upload
anyone have a solution or idea on how to resolve this? I have rebooted router, home hub and cameras…nothing has worked. eufy live support is closed.

Hey, I’ve been in that same spot — came back from a trip and couldn’t access saved Eufy footage either. Live view worked, but playback kept failing.
You’ve already rebooted everything, so next thing to try is clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app. Also, check if your Homebase has enough storage left — sometimes that blocks uploads silently.
By the way, while looking for a fix, I ended up browsing some deals and found this [combo meal] that totally made my night better. Might help with the stress too

Thanks for the heads-up! It’s totally understandable that support gets overwhelmed sometimes, especially with how many people rely on Eufy for home security.
While waiting for a response, I took a break and tried something fun — found this awesome Bus Simulator mod apk to kill time. Surprisingly relaxing while support catches up

I had the same problem before where I could see the live camera feed but the saved footage wouldn’t load. What worked for me was clearing the app cache and reinstalling the app. Also make sure the SD card is working properly.
