Does anybody know why I am unable to upload a eufy moment video? It takes a very long time to upload like I leave my phone on for 2/3 mins and it’s still uploading

I’m not sure, I’m about to try and upload one, so if I succeed I’ll let you know.
Or if it’s just a regular one, i sometimes find if it’s too long my phone will shut down app…. So I don’t have the answer, but hopefully someone will be able to answer this one for you
How long is the clip? 30 seconds should take at most 10 seconds to upload. I assume you are on a reasonable speed wifi.
I try to edit my videos to shorten them. I also figured out when first trying to upload videos to my phone photos that if my events are recorded in 4K my phone won’t upload them it tries but takes forever and then it quits. So I set my recording to either 2K or 1080. (2K is still slow but eventually works 1080 is quick)and no more problems this happens with my E330 pro cameras only.
