I just want to share my problem, I have two security cameras, one is over 2 years, another one almost 1 year, suddenly both can’t hear from my phone app, when I call out from my phone, I can hear in the camera, I checked and checked but still can’t fix, message to eufy support, they can’t help me too, anyone have this issues before? if can fix please let me know, many thanks.
