Faulty micro sd card notification

I’m getting dozens of notifications daily that I have a faulty micro sd card. The problem is the notification provides no details regarding which camera. I have 12 cameras , 6 in Florida and 6 in Massachusetts. Any one know how to at least narrow ir down? Picture of notification below.

 that’s a tough one you would think the notifications would display which camera..

I guess tapping on the notification does nothing??

Maybe try going into the settings of each camera that uses an SD card, then to General then tap on Storage - Local Storage.
There might be a warning :warning: symbol.

I agree with JD 164 if tapping on notification doesn’t lead to the camera then go to storage setting for each camera that has a SD card

Try formatting all 12! One by one, you should be able to find out which one “fails”!

Format the SD card and re-insert it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes tapping the notification only opens the app. I have tried several times to find the problematic SD card or cards. I have even formated them all individually. A few weeks ago i tried finding it by turning off each camera one at a time but I still got the message.
BUT, I figured I’d try your advice one more time and when I did one of the cameras indeed did have a warning :warning:symbol and a message that the SD card had failed. I replaced it and so far no notification.
Either I’m blind or Eufy updated their app recently to include the warning. Regardless there really is no excuse for the notification not to include more detail.
Thanks for your response and solution!

Thanks for your response. The problem is I havent been able to determine which of the 12 cameras is a fault.
Until today when I checked them all again only to find that finally one of them had a warning that its SD card was at fault.

Thanks for your response. I have done that in the past and they all reformatted properly.

Maybe reinstall sd card and reboot

I think we missed the obvious remedy. Tear down the house and rebuild it onto the cameras.

Oh I agree, but I am glad you were able to find the camera. At least you don’t need to make two trips!

Have you tried restarting all the cameras? And/or home base? I got a similar issue about my hd after an update. It persisted until I guess they fixed the bad update…
