Hello. Has anyone got the festive doorbells working yet? I’ve followed the instructions - the firmware has been updated and I pressed the button five times but it’s not working for me. Surely there’s got to be an easier way than pressing a doorbell button five times!!

Ive got it working fine, just keep pressing the button with a 1 second gap in between presses.

I finally got it working. I tried pressing five times quickly, slowly and all sorts in between and it finally worked!
After seeing your post I tried it again…and IT WORKED! I love this doorbell. My whole house is going to be decked in Eufy products. I think my next will be the smart lock. I just got the pan and tilt 2 pack of cameras and LOVE THEM!

I have this working, but only on the doorbell itself, not on the homebase?
Only seems to be the doorbell for me too.
Where did you guys find the instructions for setting this up? I got the update stating it added the festive ringtones, but no clue on how to activate them.

I managed to turn them on, which was great but how to turn them off? 
did you find the instructions or does anybody know how to disable?
You have to press the doorbell five times again. I did that and managed to turn it back to the standard tones yesterday.

I got it working, but now I can’t seem to change it back
