Now that Xmas is truly over how do you turn off the annoying Xmas chimes on the video doorbell - tried the press 5 times but nothing works!!

I had this issue this morning - tried the “5 times” thing but actually found it was more like 7 or 8 in a single set. So persevere. The interval is short between pushes - basically, as fast as you can.
I think there’s a design issue here because if you then achieve the default tones, you can revert again to the Christmas ones by repeating the frantic bell pushes.
and so on, presumably forever. I have never set Christmas ringtones in any way on this system so I’m pretty annoyed that some random caller could trigger the change if so minded!
Come to think of it… we have a 5-year-old grandson who delights in pressing the doorbell unnecessarily and he visited yesterday…
Who would have imagined a setting could be changed in this way!
