I have two E340 floodlight cameras and for some reason a siren keeps going off at night! so i have gone into the “security” tab on the app clicked on my device control and unticked all the ones that have the word “alarm” on them (basically leaving Video Recording and Notification only). is there something else im missing? im losing my mind trying to work out why it keeps going off. any help would massively be appreciated!

Not sure if there is a tamper alarm aswell? Anyone know? Thinking could be that maybe
Did you make sure to hit save after you unchecked them?
Contact customer support definitely a problem. I have 3 and don’t have that issue on either one. I’m not running homebase though
yeah ive been in many times to double check they are defiently unchecked.
see thats a good point, i did get one of the cameras first to test quality etc and then i invested in a homebase etc… i dont believe the alarm went off before i got the homebase… wonder if its something to do with that then.
Check your settings under the HomeBase3 notifications. If you don’t get it let me know.
