Is anyone else experiencing poor wifi connection just for their floodlight camera? The rest of my home is ok?
Just got mine installed today, and it’s positioned to face the house from the detached garage. My router is located in the living room facing the garage with 73% WiFi strength to the floodlight.
My router (Amplifi by Ubiquity – not your cheap consumer DLink or Linksys or ISP gateway) reports average connection speed is capable of 6mbps to the floodlight. However, the Eufy live stream is showing 137kbps in other words using a dismal 0.13mbps only.
I think the floodlight needs to up it’s Tx antenna power/strength because it’s very weak.
I work in IT support for 20 years, and I think I know what I’m doing, or this wouldn’t be the career for me. I hope the engineers at Eufy can improve performance with a firmware update?

do you have the 1080p or 2k version?
Are you thinking about another product? Floodlight seems to only come in HD resolution.
I got it from Costco, you can check out the specs here:

Im talking about this one that just released a few weeks ago the 2K Eufy floodlight
eufy Security Floodlight Camera, 2K, Built-in AI, 2-Way Audio, No Monthly Fees, 2,500-Lumen Brightness, Weatherproof, HomeBase Not Required, (Existing Outdoor Wiring and Junction Box Required) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XVZ3Y1C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_0XHKBG9350RPS337GRRE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Ah gotcha… Costco is selling the 1st gen model. It seems the only difference is the higher resolution and new AI for motion detection.
So I missed out on a better model just by a few weeks for nearly the same price – as with all tech, it’s outdated as soon as you buy it
