I’m struggling to connect my Eufy floodlight camera to the internet. It seems to be connected to the WiFi but not the internet. I have a SkyQ upright router and configured it to separate the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I have also tried using an Extender configured to 2.4Ghz and still no joy. Well sick of running up and down the ladder resetting unit. Can anybody please help?
