FloodlightCam-Eufy T8420 wifi issues

Hello everybody!

I bought a FloodlightCam-Eufy T8420 in USA and I have been trying to connect my Samsung galaxy s21 to the eufy cam here in Mexico, but when I select the wifi in the cam and its trying to connect, nothing happen and finish the time.
I tried with many hotspot cellphone, aire router hp, and arris modem but nothing happen.

I saw that the cam connect to the hotspot and the cellphone too, but they didnt have comunication and the match time connection finish.

Do you know what’s the problem ?, and i read that one person did the connection to one sysnology router, but i dont know if i need to buy some specific router with specific firmware.
Help me please this vam is new.

I have a T8420 just out the plastic wrapped box (7/26/23), but out of warranty since I had to wait to install, that will also not connect to wi-fi. Appears related to the eufy authentication process as hot spot, different phones, iPad, and router all did not work. Verified no VPN, no mobile data, no 5GHz. Tried all WPA types while plugged into the wall next to router or hotspot.
Please advise of any way to update firmware/software without wi-fi to get this working. Or how to send this unit in for post warranty repair.

Try to seperated your wifi to 2.4Ghz before connect the Eufy to the wifi. some device can only connect to 2.4Ghz, but not he 5GHz. Also tried to change to the wifi name to Character and number only. Do not include any special character. If it still not working. please attach video or photo so people can look further to the problem
