For the snore detection, where do you put the case? My husband’s snores were loud enough to wake me up multiple times last night, but the sleep tracker said no snores detected all night and snore masking never turned on. I had the case on top of a shelf next to the bed, that’s a little higher than the bed (so the bed doesn’t obstruct the path of the noise). Do I have to have it on his side for it to work?

Placement of the charging case:
To achieve the best snore‑masking performance, please place the charging case within 2 meters (about 6 feet) of the earbuds.
Make sure that the microphone hole on the back of the case is facing the person who’s sleeping — this allows the system to accurately detect snoring sounds.
Enable Dynamic Snore Masking:
Open the Soundcore app → Snore Masking Settings, and ensure that “Dynamic Snore Masking” is turned on.
We also recommend using one of the earbud‑recommended snore‑masking audios available in the Audio Library for optimal results.
