Goodbye Old Cam. Hello Hybrid Security.

Don’t buy

I’d be an ideal candidate because I’ve relied on Eufy cameras for years to protect my home and neighborhood. I live in a higher-crime area with many older residents, and my setup has helped local police identify suspects, capture a burglary at the complex next door, and even record highway accidents beyond my fence. My current lineup includes two Pan & Tilt indoor cams, two 2K, two 2C Pro, one E20, a Floodlight 2K, a Floodlight 1080p, and the newer S350 indoor cam. Not all are in use now, but I’ve upgraded over time trying to find the right balance of coverage and reliability.

I still have to rely on four cameras just to monitor my backyard, and I’m constantly recharging them since solar can’t keep up with the recording load. A new outdoor model with improved solar performance, tracking, and wider clarity would bring huge relief—not just for me, but for helping keep the community safe without looking like my house is running a surveillance command center. Photo of view with Floodlight with same amount needed to view left of photo and further to the right as things approach home.

I currently have Ring cameras at home, but honestly, I’m not a big fan of them. The app can be slow, and the subscription fees are annoying. I’ve been looking into upgrading to the new Eufy cameras — they seem to offer better privacy and features without all the extra costs.

Barely started using Eufy and I’m glad I found it. Need for my back yard.

I have some great memories with my Eufy Security 1080P Floodlight Camera — it’s been my silent, unblinking guardian for couple of years. That thing never moved an inch but somehow saw everything! From catching our albino squirrel’s secret adventures to lighting up the side walkway like a movie premiere every time I took the trash out, it’s been both protective and unintentionally hilarious. The video quality was reliable, and the motion alerts kept me on my toes (though it once heroically reported a suspicious leaf). It’s still working like a champ, but I would love to upgrade to the EufyCam S4 for its 4K detail, wider coverage, and smarter AI. Still, my trusty T8420 holds a special place — the most dependable “security buddy” that never budged, never blinked, and never missed a show.

Hey

I wish I had an outdoor camera because I have the indoor camera it’s difficult to get a good clear picture because I have it on the window ledge. I know it’s not supposed to go and be in front of the sun and be taking all the damage of the uv rays and getting hot but that is what I could afford at the time if I could win this camera.
good luck to everyone who has entered. @eufy-official thank you for the opportunity

This battery Eufy camera has worked great outdoors, but it’s starting to show its age. I’m ready to upgrade to the eufyCam S4 for sharper 4K video, faster motion detection, and longer battery performance. The S4’s improved AI, weather resistance, and storage options make it a solid next-gen replacement for dependable, maintenance-free home security.

Been nice knowing you ….But blinks baby I’m on to bigger and better things !!!

there it is not working anymore due to the rain that is broken down the system, but hope it will scare away those who are trinning to tresspass out property.

The best solution is of course some discount or a new camera system. ive been told that the new eufy is state of the art for this kind of situations… so hoping for the best..

It was Halloween night, and my porch looked perfect — glowing pumpkins, fake cobwebs, and a giant bowl of candy for the trick-or-treaters.

But at exactly 9:13 PM, something strange happened. The wind stopped. The motion light flickered. And when I opened the door a few minutes later… the candy bowl was empty.

No kids. No footsteps. No clues. Just the faint sound of rustling in the dark.

I reviewed my old camera footage — blurry shadows, static noise, and a mysterious pumpkin-shaped blur. Totally useless.

That’s when I realized:
If I’d had the Eufy S4 Security Cam, I’d know exactly what (or who) stole my candy.

This is my front door cam. She has been good to me with the visual clarity and notifications. I am happy to part ways with her for an upgraded home system. She has definitely helped me when I wasn’t home and this morning she was able to get some video of a coyote entering and leaving our front yard. This video was clear and vivid. I am pleased with EUFY and the camera systems. I look forward to enjoying video footage from the new system. Out with the old and in with the new. I cannot wait to setup the new cameras.

I would like the Eufy S4 camera for its crystal-clear 4K resolution, smart AI detection, and reliable local storage. It offers peace of mind with real-time alerts, excellent night vision, hybrid triple‑lens with both fixed and PTZ views and easy installation. Perfect for protecting my home, it balances high performance with no monthly fees—a smart, secure peice of equipment

My Dearest Amcrest ASH-26,
How do I even begin to say goodbye? It feels like just yesterday we brought you home. I remember seeing you there, so full of promise, your two powerful floodlight eyes ready to watch over our world. And for so many years, you did exactly that. You were more than just a camera; you were our steadfast guardian, our silent protector mounted against the brick, a true part of our home.
Oh, how we’ll miss your brilliant 2000-lumen floodlights that fearlessly pierced the darkest nights, turning shadows into day at the slightest hint of movement. You gave us such peace of mind. We always knew your watchful, crystal-clear 1080p eye was looking out for us, standing fast through blistering sun and driving rain, ever the weatherproof sentinel. I’ll never forget the comfort of your two-way talk, allowing us to greet friends and warn away curious raccoons. And while we thankfully never needed it, we knew your mighty 110-decibel siren stood ready to shout at any sign of real trouble. You were our unblinking shield, and for your service, we are eternally grateful.
But time, as it does, marches on, and technology follows suit. It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must say farewell, as we welcome a new guardian. Her name is Eufy S4, and please, try not to think of this as a replacement, but as a retirement for a job well done.
She is… different. She is powered by the sun itself, a child of the very light you used to create. She promises an even sharper, 4K view of the world and possesses a new kind of intelligence—an AI that can tell the difference between a person and a swaying branch. She even sees in color long after the sun has set, painting the night in a whole new light. It is a world of new features, a future we feel we must embrace.
But she will never know the years you spent with us. She will never have the memories of watching our children grow, of seeing friends come and go, of the silent, shared vigil we kept together over this little patch of the world. You are a part of our story, and you will be missed more than words can say.
Thank you for everything, old friend. May your retirement be peaceful.
With a heavy heart,
Your Grateful Family

This camera is great

I have roommates. I reside in the living room. So you can imagine the risks I face when living with nice things and a not so dependable house mate. Occasionally I noticed that someone has moved my things or gone through one of my drawers. I’m using a c24 indoor 4Kcam, and an outdoor solo cam E40. Years have passed, but I can’t seem to catch anything on them. Culprit has impressive sneaking skills. I’m sooo stressed these days… I need a beefier, more aggressive security camera like this to regain my peace of mind and safety! :joy: :joy: :joy:

I really could use a new camera because mine is older and it doesn’t quite work as well as it used to. I also have a toddler and I live alone with him.So it’s essential that we have home security.Because I do live in a rough fur part of our town. I’ve experienced a break in before, and it was super scary. And traumatizing, and I don’t want my son to ever have to go through that.So hopefully you will choose me.I would be grateful, and I know we would be safe.

Ring cameras suck I have been researching for months on which security camera to switch after there was a dispute among so called friends that turned into a shooting next door to me. When the police came I thought I would have footage to offer there was a delay and I have been noticing that for some time now and I pay monthly fee. Then I came upon a eufy camera I like 4g lte s330 I was impressed with it some much I bought a second then the homebase 3 I so heavily invested in the ring system I really started of thinking of leaving ring all together and start heavily investing in eufy. I would love this new camera to start future proofing my new ecosystem with eufy

Spent way too much on these SimpliSafe cameras and alarm system because they advertise that you don’t need a subscription for them.. unfortunately you do if you want certain key features and it’s not cheap either.. they don’t record or they record everything and there is no in-between.
The worst part is that I purchased them to upgrade from ZModo which was way worse.. honestly I just want my wife and children to have peace of mind while I travel for military duties and work.

 Arlo camera freebie when I had Verisure alarm system fitted, not even 2 year old and she died. Must be a sign that it’s time for an upgrade. The house thinks your security camera would fit in nicely here keeping the old dear safe as well entertaining the online community with the everyday antics of the fat sausage dog Rolo and her trusted sidekitten British Shorthair Lucas Leeds (silly name but the old dear supports Leeds United FC so we in house just roll our eyes) :roll_eyes:The house has already welcomed E340 and as far as spying on the old dear she has ordered a couple of links and 2 smart cards about time because the house is getting fed up being messed about all because she can’t find things or a new one is putting down her things then forgetting them whilst out shopping seriously the old dear is walking liability. So the house will accept gladly any new members
