Is the tracking always like this. Do you have any difficulties if a person moved in a direction closer to the camera and also at a faster speed?

Mine either. I have a dog and my neighbours as well and dos mark them as animal. It show as is detected a person. But the anima gets ignored. Strange

The S340 is inconsitant with the tacking movement when people are moving at a certain angle. You should post your examples of tracking loss. I’m having the same problem. They have yet to fix the problem.
What are your recordings settings? It should be 3K
