Guess the WiFi

Guess the WiFi extender has been released, but many of wouldn’t benefit from it. My S220 doorbells aren’t compatible, looking like none of my devices would be. S220s, S120s and an E30, but maybe my indoor cams might be. 4 devices limit. I am confused as to why its dual channel, if the cameras are only compatible on 2.4ghz…

Wonder if they’ll release a version for the rest of the devices?

What is the part or model number so I can search it? That screen shot looks like Amazon

It is on Amazon it’s Eufy Wifi repeater, it does say it works with certain doorbells. I’ll get the number.

Model Name

T8024

Oh only a handful of reviews and only since last month.

Thanks I think I found it but it doesn’t seem to work with many cameras I was hoping it would work with the E330 pro powered cameras but it doesn’t

Yeah, I was ready to order 3 lol until I saw it seems to only be compatible with certain models. Does say most indoor cams. Looks like a push to make us all upgrade unless they have a firmware release in the works.

I don’t get it all the cameras connect to the WiFi, my S220s, my S120s, the E30, the E220s as well as my C210s, I think my doorbells are the exception. Most people now have mesh networks, I personally have nodes in the windows next to all the out door cameras. So, why cant we use WiFi bridge for all of our devices, heck I’d even put up an outdoor access point or two if need be…

My phone can connect to my WiFi down several doors, but my cameras just on the other side of the wall/window can’t keep a great connection? I read last night that WiFi bridge is designed to repeat the signal to other devices, so why isn’t it?

And why isn’t there a setting to default to the WiFi bridge? Only my E220s andC210s can utilize the WiFi bridge but they like to revert back to homebase connection. If they don’t do this my devices stay online for the most part.
