Hi all - I have just been connected to a new broadband supplier as I was using a 5g router with no Ethernet connections. So I can now use my Homebase 2 & video doorbell, which are both connected. However, I can’t seem to connect my 2 x s220 cameras & s340 to the Homebase. They are compatible right?

I just did a search on both these model numbers and it said not compatible with home base 2 only 3. But you probably should double check yourself. It should be in the description of the product from wherever you bought them. Side note home base 3 is a much better unit than 2.
