Has anyone else seen this, when the alarm lights go off it creates white-out that blinds the camera?

Not this bad - but my 2 x S3 Pro has a definite 1-2 sec over exposure at start - which seems common - but not as bad as what you have - might need the lens to be cleaned. They are very sensitive to dust etc. Have you tried using just IR?

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but did you remove the clear plastic film that protects the lenes during shipping? I only mention because I’ve done things like that
