Has anyone had

Has anyone had the same issue I’m having with the S3 Pro? I hard wired mine to power, have excellent network coverage on both cameras with full signal but the lag from the camera is way too long. Even when I’m watching the camera feed it appears to be many seconds behind to the point it doesn’t create an event. I’ve altered the motion sensitivity to the high end but it still doesn’t pick up motion either.

Never tried wired my yet so not sure what is going on.

For the lag~ Are you using the multi-bridge option or is the camera connected directly to the HomeBase3 via its own Wi-Fi signal it puts out?

For the motion detection~ How high is the camera mounted?
Recommended mounting height of 7-10 ft (2-3 m) for optimal motion detection.

Thanks for the input. I did have them connected to the Homebase using their dedicated wifi but have now switched them to multi-bridge mode so I will see how that goes. As for mounting height they are within the 7-10ft height range and I have since dropped the sensitivity back to the mid point.

How many cameras do you have on the HB? I was experiencing some lag and recording issues I figured out my HB really couldn’t handle 15 cameras so I split them up on a second HB3 and everything is working perfectly now

I only have six including the doorbell so I don’t think that is the issue
