Has anyone experienced their camera deleting video automatically? They were there earlier and now have since disappeared

How recent are the deleted clips? I know clips will get deleted to make more space on storage, have you checked your storage space?
Are you sure you dont have any filters accidentally applied that could filter the results?
Homebase or sd card or just camera memory?
