Is anything placed in the left side so CAM can’t turn left when CAM/Solar panel collide with it ?
No it doesn’t do it all the time but enough to be annoying
That is annoying, looks like a loose gearing mechanism that rotates the camera.
Check to see if there’s play to the bottom of the camera that rotates, take your hand to the bottom of the camera portion and gently move it left and right but don’t force it to spin you just want to see if there’s play or wobble to it.
Also make sure the mounting screws are secure and the camera is firmly clipped into the mount.
Ok I checked it and it’s affixed to the gutter at the corner and it is solid and doesn’t wiggle then I checked the camera and it is good it doesn’t seem to have a problem with the gear I took pictures and videos if you provide a link to send them. GB
Have you done a calibration on it lately?..It may need to be done often especially if that camera does a lot of AI tracking!!
Yes I have done a calibration and it still does the same thing but it is intermittent and always to the left when viewing facing the camera it is on the right side time to send it back. GB
Maybe some grit or cobwebs in the black part which is catching? Try wiping it down gently
Thanks, I did that today cleaned the solar panel and wiped it down the perplexing thing is that its intermittent and when I grabbed the lower part of the camera and gently moved it to see what movement it seems tight . GB

I also have the s340 and mine does this sometimes. If I had to guess, it’s probably the AI tracking software that can’t decide where the object it’s tracking actually is or will be.
Hopefully they are working on a software update for this problem.
I now have contacted Eufy and each conversation they tell me something else to check now they say can’t find your order number for return
That’s odd
Did you register it in the app via e warranty card? If not that shoulhelp them find it
I got a similar feeling with eufy support when I asked them for help about the s340’s IR night vision activating five times per minute due to dust particles being lit up as motion events.
They sounded extremely helpful, until it came down to actually doing something.
Caffeine?
Is it easy to take down? You could try it in a slightly different position, and if it still does the same you know it’s a faulty camera. If not, then it’s something about the position that’s making the camera react this way
You should be able to post your pics here.
Does it always do it during the same time of the day?
While watching the video I am noticing that your red vehicle is reflecting a glare, that could possibly be causing the camera tracking to do that??
I don’t have that camera, but if it has a tracking speed adjustment perhaps try lowering it.
Also as another forum member posted temporarily try it in a different location to see if it does the same.
Try moving the flag as it could think someone is moving I think it will stop the camera twitching
I think the same, it is twitching between the flag on the left and the car on the right. Maybe try setting an activity zone to exclude the flag…
