If you bought it through the app you should be able to find the order number by tapping on shop at bottom of home page then tap on the person symbol top right next to the shopping cart that will bring down a list where you can tap on “my orders “ if bought from Amazon you should have that order number available easily enough through there app to. Either way make sure to register them through the Eufy warranty card in the app you get 100 points for each purchase no matter who you bought it from.
Almost seems like it got stuck or there’s some sort of debris or bugs or something that got in its gear.
I have the C220 indoor camera. It does it sometimes. I have the X10 Pro Omni vacuum mop. It does that sometimes. And I have the E15 lawnmower. It does it too. Seems like twitching back-and-forth repeatedly, but randomly is just a eufy thing that all their products do. The more I read these chat threads, the more problematic the their devices seem to be. Everybody is constantly having problems with everything

Eufy replaced my camera and now have a new camera installed working perfectly but after doing a lot of research and think it is the AI tracking and a software update with fix it because other people are having issues. Thanks for everyone responding.
