I have Soundcore 20i earbuds since last September, and today the right earbud has very low sound. What is the solution?

Depending on the APP you are using to listen with, you will want to make sure that both ear pieces are charged fully. Then make sure there’s no blockage underneath the rubber ear pieces where the holes to the speaker may be clogged with debris. After that, make sure that the APP you are using (example; YouTube, media player, etc) independent volume controls and balancing is balanced correctly.
YouTube’s OUTPUT volume changes automatically according to their settings which affects your input volume level. This often leads to excessive battery usage. If this doesn’t help, check support documentation.
