So I bought the souncore p20i a while ago it’s a good earbuds and all that but after a while literally yesterday the right earbud sounds started becoming low and lower I put it back in the case I reseted the earbuds but nothing worked out I sent a email to the Soundcore service or whatever it was called they asked me to send Them proof of me buying it and send them the serial number I did and they stopped responding so now idk what to do I need help asap
